The National Aquarium Abu Dhabi, located in Al Qana, is the largest aquarium in the Middle East, offering an immersive journey through diverse marine ecosystems. With over 46,000 animals representing more than 300 species, the aquarium provides both educational and interactive experiences for visitors of all ages.
In addition to its spectacular biodiversity, The National Aquarium also boasts an array of exciting and engaging experiences. Visitors can also enjoy glass bottom dhow tours and animal encounters with sharks, puffins and freshwater rays.

  • 10 Themed Zones: Explore zones such as UAE's Natural Treasures, Red Sea Wreck, Atlantic Cave, The Sub, Ring of Fire, Ocean Magic, Frozen Ocean, Flooded Forest, and Bu Tinah Island, each showcasing unique marine habitats

  • Diverse Marine Life: Encounter over 46,000 animals, including 200+ sharks and rays from 25 different species, as well as the Middle East's largest living snake, the "Super Snake." Interactive Experiences: Participate in activities like glass bridge walks, cage snorkeling, diving experiences, and behind-the-scenes tours.

    Important Information

    • Location: Al Qana, Rabdan, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

    • Website:Accessibility: Wheelchairs are available free of charge with a valid ID

    • Children Policy: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over. 

    • Parking: Over 1,400 free surface parking spaces are available at Al Qana.

    • Prohibited Items: Weapons, alcohol, outside food and beverages, and animals are not allowed inside the aquarium. 

    • Dress Code: Modest attire is required; guests must wear a top and shoes at all times.




  • Food and Beverages: Not included in ticket prices.

  • Personal Expenses: Souvenirs and additional purchases are not covered.

  • Gratuities: Tips for staff are optional and not included.

A 'Product' is any service sold by IWA Tourism All clients will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of our booking conditions. In order to confirm a booking the agent must have full payment of all payments due. A contract between the client and  IWA Tourism comes into existence once we have confirmed the booking in writing and issued a confirmation. The person signing the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions) warrants that they have full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose name appears thereon and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions. The said contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts. No employees or representatives of  IWA Tourism have any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, nor to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of  IWA Tourism, unless authorized in writing and signed by the CEO of  IWA Tourism reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation. Name change amendments At the time of making the booking, you must provide full correct names as they appear on your passport. Please note that airlines do not permit name changes on issued tickets.  IWA Tourism will not be held responsible for any charges that may incur for the incorrect submission of names. It is recommended that you submit passport copy while submitting preferred travel dates for your vacation.
