Day 01

Arrival in Almaty & City Tour with Kok-Tobe

Arrive at Almaty International Airport. Meet and greet by our representative at the arrival area.

Guaranteed early check-in at your hotel followed by breakfast.

Embark on the Almaty City Tour: Discover the major areas of interest including the First President Park, Republic Square, State Opera and Ballet Theatre, Abay Square, and the Palace of the Republic.

Visit Panfilov Park and the vibrant Zenkov Cathedral, a stunning wooden church.

Ascend Kok-Tobe Hill via cable car for panoramic city views. Explore the hilltop attractions including cafes, craft shops, and the famous Beatles monument.

Day 02

Shymbulak Mountain Resort Adventure

After breakfast, drive to the Medeo Gorge (1,690m above sea level).

Take a scenic gondola ride to the Shymbulak Mountain Resort (2,260m above sea level), enjoying breathtaking views of the Tian Shan Mountains.

Free time at the resort to enjoy the alpine atmosphere. Optional activities available at an additional cost: ziplining, paragliding, horse riding, skiing, or ice skating.

Return to Almaty in the evening.

Day 03

Ethno Village & Ak-Bulak Mountain Resort

After breakfast, transfer to a traditional Kazakh Ethno Village.

Participate in optional traditional activities like horse riding, archery, or local cooking demonstrations.

Proceed to the scenic Ak-Bulak Mountain Resort. Enjoy panoramic mountain views and take memorable photos.

Kolsai Lakes & Charyn Canyon Tour + Departure

After breakfast and hotel check-out, embark on a full-day excursion to two natural wonders.

Visit the stunning Kolsai Lakes, known for their pristine blue waters surrounded by lush forests. Enjoy a nature walk or a seasonal boat ride.

Continue to the Charyn Canyon, often called the "Grand Canyon's little brother." Explore the dramatic "Valley of Castles" rock formations and enjoy photography opportunities.

    A 'Client' refers to all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with us. A 'Product' is any service sold by iWA Yalla Tourism LLC . All clients are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all booking conditions.

    To confirm a booking, full payment must be received. A contract between the client and iWA Yalla Tourism LLC comes into existence once we have issued written confirmation. The lead passenger signing the booking form warrants authority on behalf of all listed passengers and confirms they understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

    This contract is governed by UAE law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts. No staff or agent of iWA Yalla Tourism LLC can amend these Terms unless authorized in writing by the company CEO. We reserve the right to decline any booking without providing a reason.

    Name Change Amendments: Airlines do not permit name changes on issued tickets. We are not liable for errors due to incorrect name submissions. Submit passport copies when booking.

    Payment and Pricing Policy

    Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment. A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of confirmation, with the balance due 28 days before departure. Some flights and services require 100% payment at booking and are non-refundable.

    Travel arrangements are only confirmed upon written confirmation. Prices may change due to external factors such as fuel costs, government charges, or currency exchange. Payments can be made by bank transfer, Visa, or MasterCard.

    Cancellation by Clients
    Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead passenger. Cancellation charges apply as follows for India Fixed Group Departures :

    Refunds (excluding flight and visa costs) may take 1–3 months. No refund for partially used services or tickets.

    Cancellation by iWA Yalla Tourism LLC
    We may cancel bookings in cases of force majeure , such as war, natural disasters, or airline strikes. If this occurs, we will refund paid amounts (less insurance premiums) or offer alternative trips.

    Amendments
    Changes are not guaranteed. In cases of emergencies like medical or legal issues, we may allow rebooking to a similar product, provided documentation is provided.

    We accept bookings subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

    Contract and Booking- A 'Client' is all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with us. The said contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts. No employees or representatives of  IWA Tourism have any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, nor to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of  IWA Tourism, unless authorized in writing and signed by the CEO of  IWA Tourism reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation. Name change amendments At the time of making the booking, you must provide full correct names as they appear on your passport. Please note that airlines do not permit name changes on issued tickets.  IWA Tourism will not be held responsible for any charges that may incur for the incorrect submission of names. It is recommended that you submit passport copy while submitting preferred travel dates for your vacation.
