Day 01

Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

Morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha CBD.

Drive to Lake Manyara National Park (approximately 2.5 hours).

Enjoy a game drive through the park's diverse landscapes including groundwater forests, acacia woodlands, and the alkaline lake.

Spot tree-climbing lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, and abundant birdlife.

Picnic lunch at a scenic site inside the park.

Continue with afternoon wildlife viewing.

Transfer to your accommodation for overnight stay.

Overnight: Marera Valley Lodge (or similar)

Day 02

Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park

Breakfast at the lodge.

Depart for Serengeti National Park with an en-route game drive (approximately 5 hours).

Witness the dramatic change in scenery as you enter the endless plains of the Serengeti.

Stop for picnic lunch inside the park.

Afternoon game drive in the Serengeti plains.

Look out for the Big Five and experience Africa's most famous wildlife sanctuary.

Transfer to your wilderness camp for overnight stay.

Day 03

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park during prime wildlife viewing hours.

Spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras.

Return to camp for breakfast.

Picnic lunch before departing for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Drive to the crater rim (approximately 2 hours).

Check in at your camp overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater.

Enjoy evening at leisure with breathtaking views.

Day 04

Ngorongoro Crater

Early breakfast at the camp.

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Full morning game drive (approximately 5 hours) inside the crater.

Spot the Big Five in this natural amphitheater including black rhinos, lions, elephants, and buffalo.

Picnic lunch at a designated site inside the crater.

Ascend from the crater in the afternoon.

Day 05

Tarangire National Park – Arusha

Breakfast at the lodge.

Drive to Tarangire National Park (approximately 1 hour).

A 'Client' refers to all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with us. A 'Product' is any service sold by iWA Yalla Tourism LLC . All clients are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all booking conditions.

To confirm a booking, full payment must be received. A contract between the client and iWA Yalla Tourism LLC comes into existence once we have issued written confirmation. The lead passenger signing the booking form warrants authority on behalf of all listed passengers and confirms they understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

This contract is governed by UAE law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts. No staff or agent of iWA Yalla Tourism LLC can amend these Terms unless authorized in writing by the company CEO. We reserve the right to decline any booking without providing a reason.

Name Change Amendments: Airlines do not permit name changes on issued tickets. We are not liable for errors due to incorrect name submissions. Submit passport copies when booking.

Payment and Pricing Policy

Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment. A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of confirmation, with the balance due 28 days before departure. Some flights and services require 100% payment at booking and are non-refundable.

Travel arrangements are only confirmed upon written confirmation. Prices may change due to external factors such as fuel costs, government charges, or currency exchange. Payments can be made by bank transfer, Visa, or MasterCard.

Cancellation by Clients
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead passenger. Cancellation charges apply as follows for India Fixed Group Departures :

Refunds (excluding flight and visa costs) may take 1–3 months. No refund for partially used services or tickets.

Cancellation by iWA Yalla Tourism LLC
We may cancel bookings in cases of force majeure , such as war, natural disasters, or airline strikes. If this occurs, we will refund paid amounts (less insurance premiums) or offer alternative trips.

Amendments
Changes are not guaranteed. In cases of emergencies like medical or legal issues, we may allow rebooking to a similar product, provided documentation is provided.

We accept bookings subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Contract and Booking- A 'Client' is all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with us. The said contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts. No employees or representatives of  IWA Tourism have any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, nor to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of  IWA Tourism, unless authorized in writing and signed by the CEO of  IWA Tourism reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation. Name change amendments At the time of making the booking, you must provide full correct names as they appear on your passport. Please note that airlines do not permit name changes on issued tickets.  IWA Tourism will not be held responsible for any charges that may incur for the incorrect submission of names. It is recommended that you submit passport copy while submitting preferred travel dates for your vacation.
